Materials distributed on “POMPACK” can be used for both commercial and non-commercial purposes within the scope of these terms.
【Prohibited Actions】
The use of materials is prohibited in the following cases:
-Redistribution or sale of the materials themselves
-Claiming the materials as your own work or making false statements about their origin
-Using the materials for activities that may violate the law
-Any other case where the author deems the use inappropriate
【Permitted Actions】
● Modifications
-Resizing, changing colors, trimming
-Adding effects like tears, blush, etc.
● Examples of Allowed Uses
-Original games (free games, indie games)
-Original videos (YouTube, Nico Nico Douga, etc.)
-Personal SNS icons and profile images
-TRPG character portraits
-Adult games and videos, etc.

Important information for using the following website
“Digital content that you have purchased can be downloaded by clicking the download button that is indicated on the purchase completion screen and in the email received after purchase (with the “Pay ID App,” you can only download from the email received after purchase).
*Please note that products registered with the “Digital Content Sales App” can only be purchased with credit card payments or through “Pay Later (Pay ID).”
*It is not possible to purchase multiple digital content products at once.
*We do not recommend using mobile phones, smartphones, or tablets, as there may be cases where downloads cannot be successfully completed. Please download from a PC.
*Products registered in the “Digital Content Sales App” will not be displayed in the “Pay ID App.””
